The first Sunday of each month is designated as Foreign Missions Sunday at the First Pentecostal Church. These services, along with an annual Missions Conference, frequently feature invited speakers from Foreign Mission fields. We think our location in Florida provides a unique opportunity to invest in Foreign Missions. Many of the members of our congregation are from Central and South America as well as the Islands of the Caribbean, Cuba.

Our congregation, through generous donations, supports numerous mission works including: Alaska Flying Missions, Asia/Japan Military District, Australia/Fiji, Belgium, Brazil, Costa Rica, Central America/Caribbean, Germany, Ireland, Israel/Palestine/Lebanon/ Jordan, Lesotho, Metro Missions, Namibia, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Scotland, Singapore, Spanish Caribbean, Swaziland, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Yugoslavia, Zimbabwe, plus four Missionary Evangelists and Missionaries at large.

Our Pastor ministers overseas frequently, and members of our congregation make trips to foreign mission fields so we can remain cognizant of growth and the needs of both new and long established missions. Through internet and mail, our Foreign Missions director maintains frequent contact with a number of missionaries and shares this information with our congregation.
